1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Production Begins

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of successful payment.

• To request cancellation, customers must email us at support@printunlimited.in with their Order ID.

• If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

1.2 After Production Begins

• Once the printing/production process has started, cancellation is not possible, as all products are personalized and made specifically for each customer.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds Are Eligible Only in the Following Cases:

• Damaged product received.

• Defective printing or incorrect item delivered.

• Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner).

• Major quality issues validated by our support team.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Customer uploaded incorrect design, spelling errors, image quality issues, or wrong customization details.

• Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences.

• Product dissatisfaction due to personal preference.

• Cancellation request made after production has started.

 

3. Replacement Policy

If an item is defective or incorrect:

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos/videos must be provided.

• Once verified, we will offer:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full refund (in eligible cases).

 

4. Refund Timeline

• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, as per PayU Money settlement timelines.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

• However, if a package is lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
